The purpose of this specialization is to form professionals who can manage the basic legal and financial tools to be able to act efficiently as valid interlocutors with a wide range of responses in different organizations in the financial sector, or which interact with the financial sector. Some of the skills developed by our students are in relation to the design and administration of financial products, the structuring of investment projects, and the development of regulations for financial institutions and the securities market.
The Specialized graduate in financial legislation also seeks to bring students up to date with the legal order applicable to the financial sector, and the main trends in jurisprudence and doctrine.
This will provide economic, accounting and financial basics, which will facilitate understanding of the dynamics of business, and the world of the financial institutions. There is also a complete vision of state control, supervision and intervention in institutions engaged in financial functions, with explanations of their nature, mechanisms, and specific forms of operation.
