This course is developed in a global-local context, whose dynamics are characterized by different tensions derived from a paradoxical quest for unity in diversity, in the light of the mind sets constructed by society. In responding to different expectations of life, these mindsets daily question the meaning of development actions in local terms, undertaken by a network of social actors which is increasingly more complex.
