This course offers a view of the new organization of the State from a contemporary prospective of law, and policy, administration and economics. This also presents mechanisms for state action and controls, and a critique of current regulations.

The course in public administration and administrative institutions develops critical skills in students, through the analysis of the most important jurisprudence of each aspect studied, and updates and deepens knowledge in the legal discipline regarding institutions in Colombia. Finally, the program develops negotiating skills for the solution of conflict, as a tool in public administration.
