Our Finance Program, created in 1984, is addressed to professionals with at least two years experience, preferably working in the financial sector or performing financial functions in a business, who wish to acquire deeper knowledge in their area.

This course places an emphasis on the process of decision making in the financial field, acting within a changing economic context which necessarily requires the consideration and evaluation of risk when looking at different alternatives. Further, with a global conception of an enterprise, we investigate the relations between the financial area and other functional areas of an organization. Thus, formation in the financial area is supported by courses in corporate strategy, legal considerations, and economics.

This course is the result of long experience in the faculty in the teaching of finance through undergraduate programs, masters programs and the programs in Management Development and Specialization in Banking, complemented by a wide experience in research. Our accumulated experience has allowed us to design a high academic level course, which matches the study of theory with practical applications.
